The owner of Lightning Immigration, Manit Singh Saini is both a Lawyer in Ontario and a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and a member in good standing with the the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) and the College of Immigration & Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

Manit Saini is also a York University Alumni, graduating with a Sociology Honours degree (BA Hons.) and with a Professional Certificate in Public Law and Administration.
Manit Saini has also obtained a Certificate with the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Immigration: Laws, Policies and Procedures.

Mr. Saini currently is aiming to write his New York State Bar in 2026 and is also in the process of receiving an Osgoode Certificate in Family Law, Estate Planning, and Provincial Offences.
He has also created a free channel called the "Canadian Law Helpline" on Instagram to educate others about the law, resources available to them, case summaries, and helplines.
